- If you haven't yet opened an account with us, you will get the option to sign up for online banking and Telephone banking when opening a new account.
- If you are an existing customer the quickest and easiest way to get set up for Telephone banking is to register online for online banking. Registering for online banking gives you access to both online and Telephone banking.
Using Telephone banking
You will need your Customer Number, PIN and password when you call.
You’ll only be able to use Telephone banking after you have registered for Telephone or online banking. The service may be limited if you haven’t ordered and enabled a card reader.
