eQ Mobile app is available to eQ online banking customers using a compatible Apple or Android device. Touch ID & Face ID are available on selected Apple devices. Android Fingerprint is available on selected Android devices.
What is eQ Mobile?
eQ Mobile is the companion app to eQ online banking. Depending on the permissions granted by your eQ System Administrator, you can:
- log into eQ online banking
- view accounts and check balances
- approve batches of payments
eQ Mobile is available to eQ online banking customers using a compatible Apple or Android device.
How to install eQ Mobile
To install the eQ Mobile app on your device:
- search for 'eQ Mobile' in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- tap to download and install the app (on one device only)
- register your customer numbers using your smartcard & reader
To use the eQ Mobile app, your eQ System Administrator will need to enable the relevant permission on your eQ user profile.
