Financial Health Checks are available to both new and existing international customers. To book you must be; aged 16+, resident in one of our listed countries and meet our minimum balance requirements.
What is a Financial Health Check?
It's a 15-20 minute conversation with one of our Premier Banking Managers where we review the services you have with us and run through your financial goals to make sure that you're making the most from your banking with us.
A free Financial Health Check could help you start planning for the future, review your accounts or learn about new ways to bank with us.
What is Video Banking?
This is a face-to-face banking service that allows you to talk to us wherever you are, using a smartphone, tablet or computer.
It's easy to use, secure and confidential and you can book a Financial Health Check appointment between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. GMT, Monday to Friday.
You must have a device that has a camera or a webcam connected to it, along with a connection to the internet. Video banking calls may be recorded.

You can book a Financial Health Check if you are:
- be aged 16+
- reside in one of our listed countries (below)
- are interested in depositing £25,000 or more.

Our International Banking service can help customers who are resident in the following countries:
Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bermuda, Canada, China (Expats only), Denmark, Finland, France, Hong Kong, Kuwait, Norway, Oman, Qatar, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom (Non-domiciled only) or the United States of America.
